  • How does it work? It’s simple! Book your repair either online or by calling us, post us your broken iPhone and we’ll post it back to you within 24 hours, fixed!
  • How do I know I can trust you with my iPhone? We have been established since 2007 and we understand how much your iPhone means to you. We pride ourselves on being trustworthy and highly professional. Just take a look at our reviews from our many satisfied customers. We also have a walk-in repair service, so if you’re still unsure, visit our store in Woking, Surrey.
  • I do not want to post my iPhone – is there another way you can fix my iPhone? Yes come into our store and 99% of faults will be fixed whilst you wait.
  • I have found a cheaper quote online – will you beat there price? Of course we will! We are the UK’s Cheapest iPhone Repair Company and we are constantly searching for the best possible iPhone repair prices. However, if you think you’ve found a better price, contact us and we’ll be sure to beat it, and that’s a promise.
  • How long is will it take to fix my phone? We offer a 24-Hour turnaround from when we RECIEVE you iPhone, if your iPhone is diagnosed as needing more than 24-Hours repair time, we will certainly contact you and discuss it with you.
  • How do I pay for the repair? We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Visa Electron, Solo and of course Paypal. We can also accept cash payments for walk-in repairs at our repair centre in Surrey.
  • What if you can’t fix my iPhone – will I still be charged? If for any reason we cannot repair your iPhone we will issue you a FULL refund and you will not be charged a penny, there is ONLY a Fixed minimum charge of £10.00 for liquid damaged phones due to the nature of the repair and time spent on fault diagnosis.

  • What are your opening hours? We are open Monday-Friday and opening hours are 10am-6pm
  • Will I lose my data on my iPhone? On most repairs you will NOT lose any data, BUT if you have software issues or liquid damage, there may be a chance that we will need to reset the software. Don’t worry though; we won’t do anything without your permission.
  • Do you offer any warranty? Yes we offer FULL 3 months warranty on all repairs. The only exception to this is on liquid damaged handsets, if you are booking a liquid damage repair please read the disclaimer here first.
  • What are the call charges to call your 0845 number? To call us on our 0845 number the charges a standard landline rates of 4p per min (peak) and 1p per min (off peak)
  • Should I send anything else with my iPhone? No, we ONLY need you iPhone so please do not post any accessories and make sure you do not post your Sim card.
  • How should I post my iPhone to you? We strongly recommend that you use “Royal Mail Special Delivery / Royal Mail Recorded Delivery” service. This service gives you the peace of mind that in the unlikely event your iPhone does get lost in the post, you can track the parcel and you will be insured.
  • How will you return my repaired iPhone to me? Your iPhone will be returned to you via Royal Mail Special Delivery this includes a tracking number so you can track the status of your phone and also comes with insurance of £500 if your handset does get lost in post.
